Wandering through the oak tunnels, looking for a sign.
Seeking out an old friend, they call the hero of time.
They say the children shouldn't leave the forest, but I just have to know.
Before you were the hero of time you were my friend, I need you, were did you go?

My princess, my love, this ones for you.
You may never hear these words, but don't feel blue.
I can feel you sometimes, and see you in my dreams.
When times get hard, you stitch together my seams.

Ravaged by the ravens.
Soul sucked through syringe.
The shadow of a mother cries.
The father is on another binge.

My castle has crumbled, as I choke on the debris.
I once felt like a mighty knight, but my sword has rusted and I'm on my knees.

The Lost Woods

Wandering through the oak tunnels, looking for a sign.
Seeking out an old friend, they call the hero of time.
They say the children shouldn't leave the forest, but I just have to know.
Before you were the hero of time you were my friend, I need you, were did you go?
I follow the melody that leads to our secret place we use to play.
Seven years have past, and I've counted every day.
Please dear friend, will you someday come back?
I seem to have gotten lost in the woods, as time has swept my tracks.
