atop of which winds make them shiver.
For They will swim the deepest river
underneath the murky, cold delivers

Standing on the tightrope
There's a man hunched in brown and red
Upon his back feathery cloak is spread.
Alert eyes and trilling cries

They come up and ask,
“what ails thee child? ”
As if they cared.
Hooked noses and plastered smiles

it may be just a jest
just a golden picture
breaking sunset’s reach
as it paints
...

A fish, a fish,
to be a fish
under water so blue.
Just me and you, and the coral too
...

Hear the water drip
Hear the wind through the trees
Hear the buzz of the bees
and the call of the birds
...

The winds have died down,
no longer stinging at your eyes,
You've managed to keep yourself
away from the world that you've left behind.
...

Don't beckon me closer,
for I might just come.
A foreboding is just a whisper
however true a warning; can be disobeyed.

I walked silently down the street
dead leaves crunching beneath my feet,
and I thought back to that day,
when you brought that hammer down upon my heart,

To love on a rainy day,
to cry on a rainy day,
it will ease my pain
