Fair or unfair,
A moment of confusion,
Maybe a step late,

Half a life has passed,
Faith of the old frauds yet ungrateful quite,
The pits are filled with clotted sweat
And with ashes of the rebel age
...

Winter was almost here,
Wind that blew down
From east mountains was ceaseless
And cold as the pangs of death;
...

Ages are gone, way gone
Bullets don't fly anymore
Curves of the future ahead
That ain't rough no more.
...

Dive, dive into my deepest thoughts
I have thousand dreams to show
Seek further into the chaos below
Where the world burns at peace
...

When the ripples out her throat,
The blaze of her arrowy eyes
Hit the crevices of my heart
I knew I was blessed high.
...

Stand in my shoes, I so dare you
And feel things of which you never knew
You would hesitate to fly and cling to dirt
For the higher you fly, the worse the falls hurt.

পাতাহীন নগ্ন ডালপালা নেড়ে
বৃক্ষ তার প্রাণের প্রমাণ দেয়,

আমার আদিম সত্তার উন্মত্ত নাচ বুকের ভিতর
শত নিষেধাজ্ঞায় জর্জরিত এই মন ভাবছে ইতর
কার বিরুদ্ধেই বা তুলবো আওয়াজ, শত্রু নিরাকার
পদে পদে বশ্যতার ধ্বনি এখানে অবহেলিত হাহাকার
