I saw some butterflies flutter by
They make my garden come alive
They light on the pansies and the petunias too
Then flutter on in a second or two

The cricket sings his song
on a warm summer night
And fills the air to his delight
And some times he stops
...

The spider web is finer then a spool of thread
He weaves it from leaf to gate
I know because I found it too late
When the morning dew is on the web
