Spider - Poem by Evelyn Gillies

The spider web is finer then a spool of thread
He weaves it from leaf to gate
I know because I found it too late
When the morning dew is on the web
And the sunlight glistens each thread
I love to see a spider web
So little spider weave your thread
For I cannot find anything finer
than a spider web.
