With a wagging tail and a welcoming bark

But he is kind in his ways and he has empathy
For those doing it tough who are battling the odds
Who are looked upon as of the lesser gods

Some birds by sight i can recognize
But having said this i also realize
That of birds and their ways so little i can claim of to know
Though my wonderment of them only does grow and grow

Every woman and every man have known of the love of their life
Though not everyone of them have lived as partners or became man and wife
