Love is not a feeling but an action a verb

It's the way you treat someone not just a word
...

Your ghost still lingers on this breeze,
the scent of moments, lost with ease.
Laughter rings, though you're not here,
Each memory whispered, a held in tear.
...

In a cobwebbed corner of my heart,
she spun a love so sweet,
I offered her a banquet,
but she only sought a quick treat.
...

Good and true friends are hard to find
But they are worth more than silver and gold
They are the ones who stand by our side
When the world seems dark or feels cold
...

In life's short journey, a friendship true,
Is a treasure so rare for the both of you.
A genuine bond where you give and share,
In joys and sorrows, who will always be there.
...

Beneath the Northern California night skies,
Where the truth stays hidden behind smiling eyes,
There lives a woman with an awful face,
So she hides it behind a mask of silk and lace.
...

You don't get to break your own belongings
and then blame me for the wreckage.
I am not your scapegoat.
Not your emotional punching bag.
...

Love, a mystery so deep,
A secret none can keep,
A puzzle few can complete,
A patch of sinking sand on a slab of concrete
...

In a web of deceit, from a woman I once knew.
She said that she loved me but her love was un TRUE.
A facade of affection, and a mask of concern,
My trust she did fracture, it was one hell of a burn.
...

They whisper, those voices in the shadows, hissing of a darkness that lurks within love's embrace. They speak of a poison, a slow-burn venom that seeps into our souls and leaves us hollow and craving, forever seeking that next fix.

Love, they say, is a tyrant, a cruel master who demands our all, a greedy beast that devours our sanity and leaves us broken and babbling in its wake. It rips open our hearts, exposes the raw flesh beneath, and revels in the pain it inflicts.

Loyalty is a rarity

In this world of duplicity
Where people lie and cheat and steal
...

Life is a journey, a quest for meaning
A search for the truth, a longing, a burning
We wander the world, we explore the unknown
We seek adventure and we turn every stone
...

Failure is not the opposite of success
It is a part of the process
A chance to learn and reflect
A challenge to overcome and perfect

Beauty is much more than what meets the eye my friend,
It is not about the shape, the size, or the color of your skin,
It is all about the essence of who you are within.
For your heart is your source of your attractiveness and light,

The Stoics Way

To practice stoicism is to live with reason
To face the world with courage and grace
To not be swayed by pleasure or treason
To find contentment in your own place

To have silent goals is to work with passion
To pursue your dreams without a fuss
To not seek fame, fortune or fashion
To let your own actions speak loud enough

To be altruistic is to care for others
To help the weak, poor, broken and those in need
To not be selfish, indifferent, snide or smug
To share your gifts and talents with the meek

To be authentic is to be true to yourself
To not pretend, lie or be fake
To not conform, compromise or cheat
To stand by your own values and beliefs

To have self respect is to honor your dignity
To not degrade, harm or abuse yourself
To not let others treat you poorly
To love yourself as much as you love anyone else

To be modest is to be humble, and polite
To not boast or brag or show off
To not think of yourself as superior or always right
To acknowledge your flaws and your faults

To proclaim your own righteousness and greatness on social media
And to post about how you are so real or never fake
Is only a sign of your insecurities and ego
And it is only a mask that hides your own mistakes

The stoic's way is the way of wisdom and virtue
The way of peace, happiness and truth
The way of living well and doing good
The way of being human and being you

Franklin M Kline Quotes

The only thing that matters in this life is the truth. Everything else is just a lie.

We must embrace our pain and use it as fuel for our journey.
