Trees leaned down to kiss my head
They shared a secret, and this is what they said

Have you ever noticed the look in her eyes?
Can't sit still no matter how hard she tries
Got her guard up; walls built to the sky
I wouldn't get near that girl

Do you float in the sea?
Do you float like a bee?
Do you sting like love in a jaded heart?
Do you collect jewels?
...

Clouds flying by
Like the seagulls in the sky
Down at the beach
where she used to be
...

I taste it in the somber rain
You mark only your disdain
For wicked power humble
Only when ghosts remain

My mind is clear
My heart is pure
My hands are clean
So why do I sleep no more?

Inside of that hare in the bushes her priorities grow
Can you hear the lonely pack? Their broken family?
The bear is fishing with it's own hooks
