Of course i said yes,
I had no idea my love would be put to the test,
I thought we would be happy in our own little nest.

She sits upon her sofa, just sits & stares they say,
She, s waiting for the day to come
When he walks by her way.
But she will sit forever waiting

He was seventeen & doing well,
But one reckless moment condemned him to hell.
He thought he was cool - he wanted to be free,
The car he, d worked hard for just waiting for his P's.

We lay butterfly kisses upon your soft gentle cheek,
As you lay peacefully unaware in your eternal sleep.
The angels have arrived to wrap you in thier wings,
& guide you to Gods garden to capture all the beauty it brings.

Sorry - it is only but a word,
Seldom said & seldom heard.
The truth is sometimes better left unsaid,
If you don't really mean it & cause tears to shed.

One thousand angels gathered
As God whispered in thier ears,
Another soul has joined us
As his loved ones shed thier tears.

Another beautiful day i thought as i arose from bed that day,
Not ever knowing things could turn out this distructive way.
As i entered the building with a smile on my face,
And i greeted the friends I, ve made in this place,

You started your journey as a seed from within,
you grew from love - then your journey began.
The moment you were born & i eyed your tiny frame,
The love overwhelmed me - my life would never be the same.
