A World Without You
The sky is now dark,
the trees are now bare.
The sun is so low, just like the tide,
and the grass is never green on the other side.
Every morning I wake up on the wrong side of the bed,
and look outside as the sky continues to fall.
There's no sign of the wind as I look all around,
and now the tears come as you still can't be found.
You left me in a world where nothing is right.
Nothing is sane, nothing is fine.
I could pinch myself one hundred times,
but I know this real and you are no longer mine.
