I once wrote my mother a letter
But I should have known better
Because even one and a thousand words are less
To describe a sculptor carved with such fineness
...

Heard once, it was by me
What you reap is that u sow
But now I see, that paid by me is the fee
of a crime committed by the all mighty
...

Lies he, bathed in blood
Among many other's who fought for this very mud
withering in pain, he takes his last breath
Wishing his soul never rests

A Letter To My Mother

I once wrote my mother a letter
But I should have known better
Because even one and a thousand words are less
To describe a sculptor carved with such fineness

Dear mother, I wish to write
Warmth radiates from your merry sight
Your love is a vast ocean
But just a drizzle are your emotions
Devotion, affection and kindness
All wealth of the world is futile, in front of gift so priceless

I have one body but two heartbeat
You make my world complete
When I have a cut
You are the one to bleed but
Am I so vain?
To never feel your pain

I wish I can say it too
That your love is nothing compared to my love for you
Mother, I have nothing to return
For your love and concern
Maybe once in your lifetime
At some point of time
You will get a letter
And I ensure you won’t forget it ever
