Hour Glass Of Life

A lonely beauty with soft petals. Vibrant and fragrant. One by one each petal falls. Weeping alone in a cold damp place filled with grieving whispers amongst what seems to be a never-ending nightmare.

Anxiously waiting for the snow to blanket it. Forever frozen in another world. A wilting head, and a bending body. Bowing down closer to becoming one with the dirt. Slowly dries out as the crystal clear elixir of life turns to dust.
