You didn't stay longer to see the moon cry,
A few molten drops wanted to plunge on the lids of your closened eye.
Waiting for a while, those shattered on the floor!
The splatters drenched me - like tsunami on a shore,
...

The night is normal, devoid of any flicker,
The darkness is silent like the deepest grief of heart.
The drops of the moon that'd fallen on the floor,
Nowhere to be seen as they left no remnants
...

A few of the rays that brightened the day
Fell on my face and diffused to my vein,
And reached to my heart and created a warmth
That stirred my soul, to look for your trace
