pull me under for a while.
When I find the surface
I have to correct all the wrongs

I thought it was useless
and gave up and wept
I thought I was garbage
and shut myself away

Your colors; fancy and bright
Glimmer and shine in the sun
You have chosen the path of light
And bring me back, even though I may run.

Do you feel it?
Pulsing through your skin and bones
the energy that burns in the wires you are made of
radiating through your eyes.

These hands of bleedings
have created the locks on doors
and their keys.
Back to the days of their glories
...

Failures
unwanted outcomes
pressure of risking your feelings
and getting crushed.

That canister of black paint
stares directly at you
Hoping you will use it
the black tar you have long avoided
...

the bandages around my arms
protect and strengthen.
Trying to heal the wounds that
are overworked and tired.
...

Doctor, oh doctor!
I haven't written for so long,
in fear that we would grow farther apart.
Please doctor! I am broken!

Shall I catch the tears your eyes spill out
or the words that hurl towards me.

I sit on the swing set we used to play on.
