On a stormy winter night, a gloomy sight much like tonight,
I slept without a hint of light while visions burned within my head.
I dreamt of gruesome rage and hate, untimely deaths and calls of fate,
Rejection up at heaven's gate- dreams that gripped me in my bed.
Don't let your eyes rain,
Or your past tear at your heart.
That's yesterday's pain,
Today is your fresh start.
A boundless vast maze.
A path of countless ways.
A task never complete.
and a blaze lights up the night.
A small glow in the dark,
quickly growing in height.
Tears fall like razorblades carving the skin with pain.
Showers of cold wet spades falling slowly in vain.
Cries of love dulling bites that sharp hatred will bring.
The dark of winter nights not yet lightened by spring.
I lie in bed,
Awake at night,
No sleep because of fear.
Outside a noise,
