कमलका फुलहरु
खाली थियो जमीन
बर्खायाम को समय
निरन्तर पानी पर्यो
पानी निकास हुने ठाउँ थिएन
हेर्दा हेर्दै सानो पोखरी नै बन्यो
धेरै महिना बिते
सायद एक दुइ बर्ष नै बिते
त्यस पोखरीमा आज
कमल का फुलहरु फुल्छन्

Hi Medha, the poem quite musical to read. I could read it easily because you have used Devanagari script. But I could hardly understand it because I don't understand Nepalese. So, I request you to post a translation in English. Thank You.
Hi! Thank you. It seems you have understood the poem. : ) Nepali language uses Devnagari script too. The poem is about lotus growing in an abandoned land submerged in water.
