LEADERSHIP

You be a leader of your family or a nation
You must have a focused vision on horizon

If teacher tells the student leave his class
It is proof the student has won the argument

We all must have a purpose in life to live
Even animals also live without a goal in life

Leader is one whose image inspires confidence
In his absence also show goes on as if he is present

The leaders are mainly of two types in the world
One who lives for verybody and other the narcissist

A real leader delegates and does not abdicates his responsibility
He empowers and makes team stakeholders in the mission

Such leaders make every one great and equal partner
Since they know people are not inconsistent but their behavior is.
