237. Waiting Poem by Dipankar Sadhukhan

237. Waiting

Do you know why I wait
Every twilight
On the bank of my river?

I wait here eagerly
To have the sweet breeze
Filled with your love and care.

My heart gets scorched now.
Only the touch of your holy Love
Can soothe it easily.
