30 Poem by Tori Bachue

30

It's over, we're back where we were
Even though the wound is still sore
You've forgiven me, for what I didn't do
You've forgotten I still love you
We act normal and ignore each other
And obviously you're glad it's over
I'm irritated, something they don't see
But I'm pretending, I'm just not me
I'm tired of acting I'm ok
I'm tired of pretending I got closure
I'm still fighting, but it's not that easy
Will I win or lose? I just want to be free
