We live in a world where crime is ever increasing
and those who are sworn to protect us
do little or try to cover it up
yet the governments say that things are ok

A place where you can be attacked or murdered
for being the wrong race or religion
the streets are becoming much more dangerous
yet the governments say that things are ok

An existence where you can be rewarded
for telling and spreading lies
but punished for allowing the truth to be known
corruption and cover ups seem to rule
yet the governments say that things are ok

The end times are fast approaching
even for those too blind to see
isn't it about time that we stop kidding ourselves
and tell the governments to wake up
things are not ok
