349. Poem by Jaden Knight

349.

They say we all have a purpose in life
but not all know what theirs is
some found theirs at a very young age
others die still searching

Personally I have not located mine yet
a reason to be on this earth
doubt I will discover mine until I'm past 40
and that is a long way off

Religion claims to point the way
but that is not enough for me
I would rather uncover the secret myself
than have a deity point the way

The best people I know still have not found theirs
and they are the most interesting
more prepared to experiment
and explore all possibilities

They say we all have a purpose in life
but not all know what theirs is
may you know for sure what yours is
and so make you life path more clear
