#407 Holly Jane Poem by Jimmie Arrington

#407 Holly Jane

You'll be joining us later this year
And bidding friends farewell.
We don't quite remember you
But I'm sure we knew you well.

With each day we're counting down,
Our hearts continue to swell.
We don't quite remember you
But I know we knew you well.

When you arrive here to earth
You'll be ours for a short spell.
We don't quite remember you
But indeed we knew you well.

We've missed you, we love you
More than these words can tell.
We don't quite remember you
But we certainly knew you well.
