499 Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

499

Every time
I want to
Love you
Shadows lurk
Outside
That halo!

Not a past
Cut loose
And lost
Just recast
Engraved
Your muse

I don't love
By portions
Half
You are
Spent
I get
No part

I am one
Wholesome
I am dirt
You'll get
What you plant
In Earth.

You reap loves
From timeless
Hours
Coffers
Burst
Ennui
At last
Nalini
