A Bad Hand To Play Poem by Eillio Imbasciati

A Bad Hand To Play

He could be quite preposterous,
With trivial demands and paranoid fantasies
Such a card,
But on certain days he was a bad hand to play
Beautiful to look at, difficult to watch,
So that's how it went, for much time past a half-century
The worst of his odious shenanigans have been indisposed for some time,
His presentation gone to a more ethereal plane
Hopefully he is happy there,
While he remains permanent in memory on Earth
