Just A Disguise Poem by Eillio Imbasciati

Just A Disguise

Rating: 5.0

Price tag, personality 90% off,
Way off, not well-off
Saving little, no longer a face, just a disguise,
Dressed down from all the criticism, wearing all that examination around like it suits him
So much baggage, he'd be at the airport all day
So much drama to unpack:
Flight delayed, he's delayed,
Too hesitant, possibly afraid to fail
Shopworn and hopelessly dependent on misgivings,
At least he isn't addicted to anything expensive

i like: " So much baggage, he'd be at the airport all day" , but for most people [maybe me] there is too much symbolism in the poem, i fear. but some readers will eat this up! ! ! bri ;)

If you want to sail, lift the anchor if you want to fly, lift the wings If you want to live, lift the worries may you always be fine, not a burden to disguise
