A Basketful Of Mushrooms Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

A Basketful Of Mushrooms

White-white cream coloured mushrooms,
Mushrooms from the roots of the bush,
A basketful mushrooms so flowery and white
And the poor maid collecting them
To sell to the people nature's boon.

After collecting, gathering the harvest,
She going away with a wooden bamboo basket
Full of mushrooms to sell them.
