I isn't brief enough.
To replace what's declining is becoming too dear;
we're spending too much on servicing what's here;
we need to service for less
to arrest the rate of decline;
a need we deny
and too slowly address;
we advertise
to fool into thinking we're fine;
we raise taxes,
and that's an inefficiency sign.
