A City Of Dreams Poem by Irina Utkina

A City Of Dreams

Rating: 5.0

You are not asleep. While
listening to your own heartbeat
Through the pillow
Awaiting for somebody,
But no one's knocking at your door
Or a dream
And the sounds outside the window
Aren't the fireworks
These shots
Don't let you go
Don't let you leave.
