By SHU Shi Translated by East-sea Fairy
You've been dead for a decade,
though I don't need to draw my memory of you near.
For my love to you will never fade.
Lonely lies your tomb thousands of miles away from here.
Oh, my dear,
I can tell my sorrow and sadness nowhere.
Even if before your face I appear,
you wouldn't become aware
of me with a dusty face and frosty hair.
In my dream our chamber space
appears so clear.
I see you apply you rouge and powder your face
by the small window in a fresh gear.
Oh, my dear
full of tears, we looked at each other with no word to share.
Heartbroken you are at this time every year
on moon-lit nights fair,
under the pine-covered hill there.
