A Fair Nanny

A person on the dole wasting it on ice.
A person on wages wasting the house deposit on outsourced smashed
avocado.
The latter unable to buy a house;
the former to buy food.
What's a fair nanny to do,
who wants to stop one's waste,
but stop the waste of the other too.

People often misuse the subsidies and doles and make a mockery of govt funding in social benefit schemes. Time to purge the system. Thanks a lot, Douglas.
