A Fairy Poem by Sabyasachi Sharma

A Fairy

Filled of love,
There lives a fairy,
Down by ice's abode.

Nameless is she,
But of her beauty no one would disagree,
Goodness in all could she foresee,
For even virtue's her devotee,
So full of warmth is she,
Even her foes wouldn't disagree.

Nameless yet not unnamed,
Everyone has some image of her framed,
Yet, goodness gracious in no one's eye is she defamed.

Unconstrained is her love for animals,
she fears no reprisals,
Even of ghosts she isn't feared,
In kindliness she is pioneered

Of her radiance even the sun shies,
A fairy is she in a woman's disguise.
In courage could anyone be more endowed,
than the nameless one I doubt.

Come let's pray my peers,
for her eyes never be filled with tears.
