A Fake Heart Poem by Nia Schexnider

A Fake Heart

Rating: 4.8

I live in a fake world.
I wake up on my fake bed,
And go to the fake bathroom.
Eat my fake food.
And stare at my fake life.
Nothing is real.
.
and nothing I feel.
.
Except the one thing I know for sure.
.
I'm empty.

Loved your poem. Fakeness, vagueness, nothingness and emptiness of life well put across. 'Except the one thing I know for sure. .I'm empty.' - Very well said!
