A Flow Unscathed Poem by Brian Mattern

A Flow Unscathed

I am love.
Reaching toward antennae
of blood.
Home away from
home.
Found in
achy bones.
Speaking truth
unscared.
For, fear aught not be,
here.
Seems honest potential is
quelled.
Stricken sick, by
few seeking 'wealth.'
So a vision pangs
within,
and so a mission
bursts through skin.
The Heart
beats.
Why war?
Earth's tree.
My core.
