A Glove Poem by Howard Johnson

A Glove

Rating: 4.5

A lonely look comes
From a ghost foot print
In the snow
Departed my love
A thawing feeling
I paused...
The first flower of spring
Its color caught the corner
Of my eye
The cold left
On its icy road
Far beyond.
