I'm a happy man being single
At any woman I can smile at and mingle,
I can talk to any woman that I want too
And I do whatever that I wanna do.
The only baggage that I ever carry is mine
And for no one else do I have to sign,
And whenever I open my suitcase
Just like my life everything is in its proper place.
I spend my money how I want to spend it
I earn it for my own need and for my own benefit,
And never am I told when to go to bed
It's always my choice instead.
I can do anything that I want in the spur of the moment
I never need to ask for permission or a bestowment,
Never do I want or do I need
Because, with my own two hands myself I feed.
I never have to fight someone else's fight
Or to tell someone else that I was wrong and they were right,
Just to make a woman feel happy and also glad
While making me depressed and also sad.
Never do I get involved in any harsh feelings
Just because of a woman's emotional dealings,
And never do I talk behind anyone's back
Just because I'm with a woman who wants to criticize and attack.
Being single I have not lost one worry or regret
Lost not one tear or a smile and I owe no debt,
And I go and do whatever that I ever need to or want
Never do I brag or boast or even flaunt.
When I die I know that I will die all alone
And for me I hope no one will ever moan,
And indeed I will end up in a better place
No longer will I need to run after, or for, or chase.
I'm the happiest man on this planet earth
I was never alone or by myself ever since my birth,
And now I do and buy whatever I want or can
Because, I am a very happy single man.
