A Hill Train To Change Land Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

A Hill Train To Change Land

A change seems hard first-hand,
Messy in the mid bend—
Train on hilly terrain
Runs zigzag, no straight lane,
But gorgeous at the end—
Straight on to the right track,
Never once looking back,
A hill train to change land!

Limericks are not always slap-stick, nor are used only for pulling legs. They have a potential for conveying a serious message as well. And you've done it exceptionally!

Thank you dear Kostas Lagos, I havw penned limericks for their original purpose, but more for conveying serious thoughts. I'm glad you agree with me. But I love your limericks no less.
