When I was done ‘enjoying Life'
I knelt and asked God for a wife.
Heaven heeded my request,
And sent you forth to end my quest.
Each time you become headstrong,
I wonder whether the heavens did me wrong.
Since Heaven don't make mistake,
I must overlook your flaws for our marriage's sake.
It has been a great blessing having you as my wife;
I would not pray for anyone else, even in another life.
You are the good thing I found when I found a wife;
I shall not allow my joy to be ruined by strife.
