A Kiss. Poem by lacey smith

A Kiss.

Have you ever wondered about a kiss?
When lips of one meet another persons lip
They embrace with love, their eyes closed, their bodies still.
No-one else noticed, those two.

Alone.
A spark is shared, a spill of rush trembles up the spine, bringing the two bodies together.
They inhale each others scent, taste each others sweetness, feel the softness of their skin, lips and tongue.

Then, they seperate, look into each others eyes and wait for the next kiss.
When their world will become still once again but for now, the rush of the crowd swallows them whole.
