A Kiss From A Rose Poem by George Hunter

A Kiss From A Rose

Lady wants to
Kiss a rose?
What do I care?
It’s her affair.
For all she knows
There’s a bee in there.
One little slip
And it’s a fat lip.
Or at least open your eyes
So there’s no surprise
Better stick to kissing
Your latest squeeze
Or you’ll be
Blowing in the breeze! .
