A ladybug cuddles
and toys with a tree
branch.
A blue and white butterfly,
romps in elation,
betwixt and between,
a sleepy pond
and a field of
singing sunflowers.
A waking squirrel,
Sleepy-eyed,
remembers
his buried treasure.
