A true conversation with God. very deeply spelt in every meaningful way! ! Why is it so Poet.. It is immaculate! ! thanks for sharing..10+++++++!
A very deep and well-written poem, Maria. You have expressed some really pertinent questions. You may be interested to know that Judith Blatherwick once wrote a poem of the same title, and I wrote a poem in reply. Unfortunately, hers has been removed I think. Mine is there under the title Letter from Landlord to tenant.
Yes, I have had the privilege of reading both these poems. Both the poems were unique in their own right but yours was an extraordinary piece of writing.
Thank you, Laurie. I will search for your poem and I'm sure to enjoy reading it.
A very humble and sublime prayer seeking 'forgiveness for my sins' and also save children of the world from untold torture inflicted upon them by evil forces. Thanks. ....a life that is so much better from the one I've been tossed into for far too long
I like the line, I'm grateful, Lord, to feel heavy rain on my dry skin For hearing my payers as I beg forgiveness for my sins. Thanks for sharing..
Why, dear God, do people get away with heinous crime and satan enter the lives of the young at the promise of a dime Where the weak suffer and the stronger only get stronger...such a fine prayer from a dedicated and devout heart.. this is real which comes from the heart. so one should pray. liked ur prayer very very much dear poetess. tony
Thank you, Tony. You're too kind
