Aaawwwhhhhh! ! ! ! This is so sad. Having been a Floral Artist I know all about rose thorns, Yikes, they are painful, and the pain remains for quite some time in the fingers, if not, as you say, in the heart. Very moving poem, but a lovely read. Love Ernestine XXX
