A Little Bit Of Adversity
A little bit of adversity
is better than none.
People who have
experienced several
negative events
are ultimately
happier and less
traumatized than
those who have
experienced no
adversity at all.
Apparently,
some adversity
toughens us up,
such that we are
better prepared
to manage later
challenges and traumas.
