A Loving Season
Sitting on the boat,
She sent a silent note,
With her warm sighs,
Through the cool wind;
Reading that note afar,
He got enthused in the mist,
And soon made his steps
Returned towards her;
The excited trees felt
Goosebumps and shed
Their colourful leaves
To make a welcome path;
