A Mexican Walk Poem by Stephen Harris

A Mexican Walk

Let us leisurely walk in the Mexican sun
And pause on the path by that old, mismatched wall
With sandy arched door that sits sunken in stone
Embossed with some sea waves and holy writ scroll
Lets view the walls mural, its rural design
Where an Artisans hands allow waterfalls wake
As sunlight cascades on rock's russet and grey
And highlights the old rustic dwellings mosaic
