A New Life
waves come down,
wash me clean.
throw me around,
beat out the bad.
rocks gash my flesh,
cut me deep.
jellyfish sting the sin
dirty blood escapes.
no fight, no flight.
take me in,
spit me out.
new body floats upon the shore.
stand up, wash the sand.
new blood in new veins.
waves came down,
washed me clean.
