A New One Poem by jasmin maldonado

So i've known him for quite awhile
And i've always liked his style
I thought about us being before
But then he went with my friend and it didn't happen anymore
I thought how could she do this to me?
i new that she wasn't blind and she could see
She new what my feeling's for him were
It all happened to fast it was just a blur
I never thought he might feel for me
It was something he never let me see
Then i told him how i really feel
And i told him not to worry because it was real
He looked at me as if i had said a magic word
I told him that it was true what he heard
He told me that he feel's the same way
But im hopeing it's not just for today
