You may have had thoughts I did not see
Or love you could not share
But I've always know in my heart
My daddy's always been there

At time's I wish you'd hold me, in your arms
And tell me that you care
But I understand you love me
And how life takes us there

I could not be prouder of the father I was given
Or how brave you are fighting that disease
You have the heart of a lion and the strength of a bear
Your courage and faith will always get you there

All I want to say as Fathers go
You're the best man I know
