A Pebble Poem by Hiroshi Satow

A Pebble

I thought it was snow
but it wasn't
it was just a pebble
gleaming in the late autumn's sun
about to set
on the roof of a shanty
on the nothern sea

A Pebble is better than snow any day, at least for me. I do not like cold weather. Nice poem, by the way.

Thanks, Kim. Well, I'm not used to cold weather, either!
