A Perfect Flower Poem by Andrew Rose

A Perfect Flower

What’s the use in a perfect flower,
If your to scared to touch it,
Afraid above all,
That its fragility may fall
And all your left with is pieces,

You know you care too much,
But that’s just what makes it love,
The innocence,
A perfect bliss
And you cant risk a chance at it,

Its not like you didn’t ask,
But that just makes it more a task,
Love calls for great expectations,
And all you do is keep it waiting,

In the end you have a fear,
That somehow it might disappear,
Whether you stop or act…

Maybe you just cant take that fact.
